Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in San Marino, California. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

The City of San Marino is seeking proposals for the development of multi-family housing on a portion of the existing Stoneman site. The chosen development partner will be responsible for designing and constructing high-quality multi-family residential projects that meet the City's RM1 (Multi-Family Residential) zoning standards and certified Housing Element. The City requires a team with experience in similar projects, and expects the development to reflect the character of San Marino while providing necessary housing. The developer will collaborate with the City in planning and executing the project.
