Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shorewood, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of February 05, 2026, project was awarded to MP Systems, awarded amount is $1,742,957.13 1. Replacement of approximately 200 luminaires and 117 light poles. 2. Installation of approximately 47,000 feet of HDPE conduit, and 1,100 feet of flexible conduit 3. Installation of 156,000 feet of #6 AWG conductors, 25,000 feet of #12 AWG conductors 4. Installation of approximately 275 Quazite pull boxes (double stacked) 5. Installation of approximately 615 submersible splice blocks 6. Landscape restoration of 1,000 square yards in terraces using sod and topsoil depending on area size, and potential for some concrete sidewalk and asphalt pavement Pre-Qualification: Yes Should any question arise concerning the true meaning of any part of the contract documents, the bidder may submit to the Department of Public Works, a written request for an interpretation thereof. The interpretation of the question so requested will be made in the form of an addendum and emailed to all bidders who may later receive contract documents. Any addenda issued during the time of bidding shall be included with the bid, and in closing a contract they will become a part thereof
