Site work for a development in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
North Whitehall Township, Lehigh County will receive sealed bids electronically via the PennBid Program for a project known as the Bellview Road Swale Retrofit Project. This work will include the vegetative restoration and realignment of a swale that traverses Township property adjacent to Bellview Road. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the North Whitehall Township in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Employee Verification Act. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids. The Questions Due date has been extended to Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at 5:00 p.m ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be addressed through online. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
