Renovation of an educational facility in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Lehigh Carbon Community College will receive sealed bids online for the LCCC Technology Center Mechanical Room Water Infiltration Repair project. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight, permits, and disposal required to remove and replace the existing masonry wall and appurtenances as indicated. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the instructions to bidders. Prevailing wage rates shall apply. All bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the project site. Questions may be submitted through PennBid's system by the specified deadline. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to cure any non-material oversight, to withhold award for a period of sixty days, and to award the bid in the best interest of Lehigh Carbon Community College as judged by the Board of Trustees.
