Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Kaneohe, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of adding a second left-turn lane from Kamehameha Highway to Likelike Highway, installing a new traffic signal system and additional highway lighting, and modifying U-turns. The work includes excavation, cold-planing, grading, trenching, drainage structure modifications, utility relocations, curb and curb ramp reconstruction, paving, striping, signing, traffic control, hydro mulching, and installation and monitoring of temporary best management practices. Question Deadline 01/05/2026 at 2:00 PM HT All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted online. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Park, Rachael Hui Jin. All responses to RFI questions shall be provided for clarification and information only and issued by formal addendum. Any amendments to the solicitation shall be made by formal addendum and posted in online. To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering "A" license at the time of bidding. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals in the best interest of the public. The estimated cost of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
