The Project includes the following Work: The project involves the replacement of approximately 2,845 linear feet of water line, 2,041 linear feet of sewer line, 641 linear feet of sewer lining, and 475 linear feet of stormwater lines. This project is located in Downtown Panama City and involves work along, Harmon Ave., McKenzie Ave., E 3rd Ct., E 4th St., E 5th St., McKenzie Alley, McQuagge Ct., and Justice Way. The Project has an expected duration of 300 days. Question Deadline 01/06/2026 at 5:00 PM CT The City shall not be liable for any costs incurred by any bidder in connection with its response to this Invitation to Bid. The City is not responsible for any delayed, late, lost, misdelivered, or non-delivered Bids, no matter the cause. The City of Panama City reserves the right to waive any minor informalities in the solicitation documents, to postpone the bid opening, to accept or reject any and all Bids, competitive or otherwise, in whole or in part, and to waive any minor irregularities, scrivener's errors, minor omissions, minor deviations, and/or technicalities in any Bid, to obtain new Bids, to readvertise for new Bids, or to abandon the project in its entirety pursuant to the applicable section of the Florida Statues, the City Charter, the City codes, this ITB, and/or the City's purchasing policies as they may deem to be in the best interest of the City.
