Bids are solicited for furnishing the goods, supplies, equipment, and/or services as set forth in this solicitation for the one-time purchase of clarifier inner baffle FRP supports and plates for the Steven M. Clouse Water Recycling Center (SMCWRC). Bids must be received either electronically or by sealed bid in the Purchasing Office by the specified date and time. Sealed bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Director of Purchasing, and have the bid number, bid name, closing date, and company name clearly marked on the outside. Sealed bids should be mailed or hand delivered to the San Antonio Water System Purchasing Department. Electronic bids cannot be accepted after the specified date and time. Late sealed bids will be returned and will not be opened or considered. The period of acceptance for this bid will be 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. Bids are requested for a vendor to provide and deliver fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) scum baffles, supports, and brackets for primary clarifier #4 at the Steven M. Clouse Water Recycling Center, as an exact replacement of existing equipment. Assistance in bid interpretation or form completion is available from the San Antonio Water System Purchasing Department.
