Demolition and renovation of a multi-residential development in Princeton, West Virginia. Completed plans call civil work for a multi-residential development.
Bid proposals are being accepted for the demolition of specific structures at three designated locations. The properties include a house at 113 Riverside Drive (Derick Graham, Map 1, Parcel 59), a double wide at 4722 Coal Heritage Road (Eric Gates, Map 17C, Parcel 134), and a double wide at 14846 New Hope Road (Kenneth & Elizabeth Williams, Map 12, Parcel 55.1). The cost of required abatement for all asbestos-containing material must be included in the bids, and it is the responsibility of the contractor to handle asbestos as there will be no asbestos report provided for these structures. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for submitting a bid. Bid packets will be distributed at this meeting. Only contractors attending the pre-bid meeting may submit bids.
