Macon-Bibb County is seeking a Building Department Administration Service Provider to manage and operate multiple buildings and departments. The intent of the project is for the Service Provider to perform tasks such as permit processing, inspection services, compliance monitoring, and related administrative services. This will be an annual service contract. The Service Provider is expected to assist Macon-Bibb County in the overall administration of the services described. Alternative or additional approaches for value-added services are encouraged in vendor responses. Proposers must include completed forms such as the Price Proposal Form, Proposer Qualification Form, List of Sub-Consultants, Minority Participation Goal, Financial & Legal Stability Statement, E-Verify Affidavit, and Non-Collusion Affidavit. Minimum qualifications include at least ten years of related experience, proper licensure in the State of Georgia, and meeting all requirements for financial and legal responsibility. The Building Official must possess a relevant college degree and specified years of experience and certifications. Staff should also meet certification and licensing guidelines as set forth. The County reserves the right to accept or reject responses based on completeness, clarity, responsiveness, and compliance with the requirements.
