All questions shall be submitted through the eRSP "Q & A" section of the bid. For technical assistance with eRSP, contact the Vendor Liaison Center. Bidders must review the vendor checklist for a listing of forms required at bid submittal, required from the bidder upon request, and important bid documents for download. Copies of these forms are located on the vendor checklist page of the eRSP system, and the bidder must create a bid response in the eRSP system, followed by downloading each bidding form electronically prior to the bid closing date and time. Bidders shall enter their prices in the unit price and extension columns on the bid line items and provide requested information listed after the bid line items. If there is a discrepancy between the unit price and the extension, the unit price shall prevail. Only responses submitted through eRSP will be accepted. Item 1: 150 cable termination kits, 35KV, inverted skirts, #2-2/0 AWG, cold shrink. Kits shall be rated for 35KV, 200 KV BIL use, and meet the requirements of a Class 1 termination according to current IEEE Standard 48. The termination must be a skirted molded unit with built-in or mastic applied stress control, using only a stress control mastic as a semicon step filler, with no substitutes allowed. Stress control must be capacitive method utilizing a high dielectric constant. The termination shall be made from track resistant silicon rubber, of a cold-shrink design installed without heat, with mastic seals for lug and jacket moisture protection, tinned copper solder blocked ground braid, and cable preparation template included. Packaged one per box in a sealed plastic bag. Only approved manufacturers listed; others must be approved by Power System Engineering Division, Development and Standards Group. Item 2: 100 cable termination kits, 750-1000 KCMIL, cold shrink. Kits must be rated for 15KV use and meet Class 1 termination requirements as given in IEEE Standard 48-latest edition. The termination is to be a skirted one-piece molded unit with built-in or mastic applied stress control and mastic seals for moisture proofing, using only a stress control mastic as a semicon step filler, with no substitutes allowed.
