Renovation of a multi-residential development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.

A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Quotes are requested for Senior Grant Program Construction Rehabilitation Services for the property at 3321 Pomeroy Street, Los Angeles, CA 90063. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all necessary and incidental work according to the Statement of Work. Contractors must submit their quotes on the provided Quote Sheet, along with required forms, proof of contractor's license, EPA certification, insurance coverage, and a cover letter from their company. Quotes are to be uploaded following provided instructions and confirmation of upload is required. Contractors are responsible for ensuring their quotes are received by the stated due date and time. Late or misdelivered quotes will not be considered. The award of the contract is contingent on the approval of the homeowner's grant application. Contractors, if awarded, must execute a standard contract with the property owner and LACDA. This solicitation is informal and not a commitment to contract. The LACDA reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to issue supplementary information, and to waive minor technical deficiencies in the quotes at its sole discretion. Contract requirements include proof of various insurances (General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Automobile, Crime, Pollution Liability, and bonds), current and valid relevant contractor licenses, and required certifications. Additional compliance requirements include forms and policies on child support, lobbyist ordinance, property tax reduction, equal employment, fair hiring, independence programs, jury service, surrendered baby law, and human trafficking policy. Contractors must complete the work within 30 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with a penalty assessed for late completion.
