A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This document constitutes a request for competitive, sealed proposals for the purchase of one (1) submersible pump for the Steeplechase Pump Station for the City of Columbia, Missouri (hereinafter referred to as City) as set forth herein. The City currently uses a KSB 36 Horsepower (Hp) submersible pump, model #KRT F 100/316/294XG-S and is needing to purchase one (1) replacement submersible pump. Offerors should refer to Attachment 1, Pump Performance Curve, for further information on the current submersible pump the City utilizes. However, no proposal will be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received in response to this RFP, or to cancel the RFP if it is in the best interest of the City to do so. Failure to furnish all information requested in this RFP may disqualify the proposal. Any exceptions to the requirements specified must be identified in the proposal.
