Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Onalaska, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Installation of 12 new decorative streetlights on Sand Lake Road from Rolling Oaks Drive to CTH S. Scope includes 1,500 feet of two-inch conduit, 9,000 feet of electrical wire, installation of a light control cabinet, replacement of concrete sidewalk, restoration, and traffic control. Pre-Qualification: Yes Bidders Proof of Responsibility form must be filed in the Office of the City Clerk not later than 4:00 PM on the 26th day of December 2025, and show sufficient financial ability, equipment, and experience to properly perform the contract. The Councils decision as to qualification shall be final. Bids will be accepted only, from such qualified bidders.
