As of January 16, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on  January 27th. Project consists of building a new structure in the historic village located on campus. The building will be a small museum/event space with an approximate building footprint of 800 square feet. The building's intention will be to house and display exhibitions. The building consists of one main room with one single occupant restroom, and a mechanical/storage space. The project will utilize light wood frame construction and slab on grade floor/foundations. Plumbing, Mechanical, and electrical are commensurate to the project. Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questions received up to two business days prior to conference. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Using Agency reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
