Description

Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Albany, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

The Albany County Airport Authority is seeking Qualifications from Professional Engineering firms that have expertise in providing design services for Terminal Apron Rehabilitation at Albany International Airport. This project will be Phase 1 of 2, and will require extensive phasing design to maintain all daily Airport operations. The design will include concrete and asphalt pavement (both aircraft rated), drainage upgrades and replacements, full depth excavation, utility relocations, glycol collection system upgrades, airport pavement markings and work zone protection. This scope of work will include performing geotechnical investigation, site survey work, and coordination with Airport Staff and Airport Tenants for the work to be performed to complete the project.
