Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Kirkland, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
**As of March 4, 2026 the project has not been awarded and a timeline for the award is not yet established.** Furnish all labor and materials and perform all work for the replacement of Kellogg Street over Martin Brook in the Town of Kirkland, Oneida County, New York. Bids must be submitted using the proposal forms provided in the Proposal Booklet and not be detached. A deposit of 5% of the base bid is required in the form of a bid bond or certified check payable to the COUNTY OF ONEIDA. A Performance Bond of 100% of the bid price is required. Sealed bids must be clearly marked with the bidders name and address, project name, and bid reference number. The County reserves the right to revise or amend the bidding documents and to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids. Compliance with Article 8 of the New York State Labor Law concerning prevailing wage rates is required. On public work projects at least $250,000, all site workers must have completed the OSHA 10-hour construction safety and health course. The County's Affirmative Action Policy applies to all bids and contracts without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, or handicap.
