Sealed bids are requested for Irrigation System Design Services at the Valley View Municipal Golf Course. Proposals must be obtained from the Secretary of the Board of Contract and Supply. Bids must be addressed to the Board of Contract and Supply, endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the name of the bidder and the title of work. SCOPE 1.1 The City of Utica is seeking a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified irrigation consultants to provide irrigation consulting and design services leading to the preparation of construction documents, assisting in construction contract solicitation, and support in the administration of the construction contract after it has been awarded to a qualified contractor for the 18-hole Valley View Municipal Golf Course Golf Course. 1.2 The irrigation design shall Include, but is not limited to, site analysis, construction documents, cost estimates and construction observation, general design layout plans, electrical plans, hydraulic (or pipe sizing plans), head layout plans, coverage plans, coverage analysis plans, water usage analysis, and other miscellaneous work for an 18-hole golf course. 1.3.
