Site work for a civil project in Utica, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel; and one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.

The project consists of the repair of an eroded section of streambank at the bridge on South Park Drive over Starch Factory Creek in the City of Utica. In addition, repair of the Beckwith Creek culvert outfall is included as a bid alternative. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Bids will be accepted only from bidders who obtain bidding documents from the issuing office (via Avalon Plan Room) and are duly registered on the List of Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the work as described in the instructions to bidders. The Board of Contract and Supply reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any and all bids. The Project consists of the repair of an eroded section of streambank at the bridge on South Park Drive over Starch Factory Creek in the City of Utica. In addition, repair of the Beckwith Creek culvert outfall is included as a bid alternative. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING Question Deadline 12/04/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing using the Bid Clarification Form no later than seven calendar days before the date the bids are to be received. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents
