The NYS Office of Mental Health and Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center seek to procure a Contractor to provide Full-Service Warranty Maintenance of Elevators at the Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center located at 1400 Noyes St. Utica, NY 13502. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, and Schedule Matrix is referenced in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. A Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format is included for bid submission. A mandatory site visit is required, and registration must be completed as described in Attachment B of the IFB. Further instructions for submission of questions, notice of intent to bid, and bid deadlines are included. Minority and Women Business Enterprises Participation Goals and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Participation Goals apply. New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract. Procurement contact and communication rules are governed by the New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k during the restricted period.
