Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Floyd, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.

Replacement of East Floyd Road over Slate Creek, Contract Number H2658302, for the Town of Floyd, Oneida County, New York. Work includes furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work for the bid package(s). Bids must be submitted upon the proposal form(s) provided in the Proposal Booklet and not be detached from the booklet. A deposit of 5% of the base bid is required, payable by bid bond or certified check to the County of Oneida. A Performance Bond for 100% of the bid price is required. Bids must be sealed, marked, and addressed appropriately, including the bidder's name and address, project name, and bid reference number on the envelope. The County reserves the right to revise or amend bidding documents, waive irregularities, and reject any or all bids. The contract is subject to compliance with Article 8 of the New York State Labor Law regarding prevailing wage rates and requires that all on-site laborers, workers, and mechanics complete the OSHA 10-hour construction safety and health course for public work projects of at least $250,000.00. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the opening.
