Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Huntington, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade, 250-room educational facility.
The purpose is to solicit Expressions of Interest from qualified firms to provide architectural/engineering and construction services. The project involves the design and construction contract administration for a new 250-bed residence hall located in Huntington, West Virginia, under a Public Private Partnership arrangement. The anticipated total cost will be paid over 20 years. Marshall University will operate the building and manage operations once handed over for occupancy. All bids must comply with the issued bidding documents. The University reserves the right to accept or reject bids on items separately or as a whole, and to act in its best interests. All technical questions must be submitted in writing to the specified email by the designated deadline. Bids must state delivery dates, prices, and be submitted through the specified portal by the submission deadline.
