Electronic proposals for the furnishing of the materials, labor, equipment and necessary services to construct Sanitary Sewer, Forest Lakes Pump Station Replacement, Sylvania Township The proposed work consists furnishing and installing all required components needed to replace a duplex packaged fiberglass above ground pump station including pumps, motors, valves, piping components, variable speed controls and related ancillary equipment as indicated on the project drawings as necessary for proper and complete performance. Also including electrical work, temporary by-pass pumping, restoration, sealing and polyurea lining of wet well and manhole, force main modifications, connection to existing sewers and all other necessary appurtenances All BIDDERS should be aware that this project may be subject to the Lucas County Board of County Commissioner's Responsible Contractor Policy and Prequalification Process and the Project Labor Agreement Policy. Question Deadline 12/29/2025 If the Bidder finds any perceived conflict, error, omission or discrepancy between the Drawings and Specifications, or any of the Contract Documents, or is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the Drawings, Specifications or other Contract Documents, the Bidder shall submit a written request to the County's Project Representative for an interpretation or clarification. Bidder is encouraged to make all requests for interpretation a minimum of seven (7) days before the bid opening.
