Renovation of a library in New London, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Accepting Separate Sealed Bid Proposals for the Following Divisions of Work: Elevator Modernization. Bid Bond; No Proposal Will Be Accepted Unless Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond Equal to at Least 10% of the Amount Bid, Payable to the Owner as a Guarantee That, if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Execute and File the Proper Contract and Bond Within 30 Days After the Award of the Contract. The Certified Check or Bid Band Will Be Returned to the Bidder as Soon as the Contract is Signed, and if After 30 Days the Bidder Shall Fail to Do So, the Certified Check or Bid Bond Shall Be Forfeited to the Owner as Liquidated Damages Performance Bond: 100% of the Contract Price Required Payment Bond: 100% of the Contract Price Required Qualification Statement: Bidders Shall Submit a Contractor Proof of Responsibility Form Provided in the Specifications to City of New London. Substantially Complete by May 2026. The Low Responsive, Responsible Bidder Will Be Recommended for Contract Award. Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Technicalities in Bid or to Accept a Bid Which Will Be in the Best Interest of the Owner. Bids Shall Remain Open to Acceptance for a Period of 60 Days After Bid Due Date.
