The work consists of full depth reclamation of Ceanothus Avenue from Manzanita Avenue to East Avenue. The project includes construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, residential and commercial driveways, bulb outs, sanitary sewer laterals, landscaping, storm drain drop inlets, and striping improvements as well as a new driveway on East Avenue into Pleasant Valley High School. The contractor must possess either a Class A Contractor License or a combination of classes required by the work included. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered and qualified to perform public work under state law. Five percent of each progress payment will be withheld until work completion, acceptance, and expiration of the legal lien period.
