Renovation of a municipal facility in Celina, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
“The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. The project has not yet been established.” The Board of Commissioners of Mercer County, Ohio in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 153.693 is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQ) and pricing proposals for design-build services Please submit all questions in writing to Curt South with Garmann Miller at csouth@creategm.com with the project name included in the subject line (no phone calls please). Question Deadline 01/06/2026 at 1:00 PM ET The Design-Builder will be selected using the best-value selection process. The Owner reserves the right to reject all proposals and cancel at any time for any reason this solicitation, any portion of this solicitation or any phase of the Project. The Owner reserves the right to waive minor variations in the selection process. The Owner would like to design and renovate the interior of the existing Central Services building located at 220 West Livingston Street, Ohio. The existing Central Services building consists of three stories, each story is approximately 144' x 120', steel frame with masonry and metal panel exterior walls. The interior walls are demountable partitions and metal stud with drywall. Work will include the demolition of the existing interior partitions and acoustical ceilings and replacing them with new metal stud and drywall interior partitions.
