Furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant work to remove and dispose of 13 wood mailbox enclosures and construct and install 13 new wood mailbox enclosures within the LMD 52 Wingfield community in the City of Oxnard. To submit a bid, all prospective bidders must be plan holders of record, which requires purchasing copies of all contract documents through the specified plan room. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equal to ten percent of the total bid price. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to one hundred percent of the total contract price, with the performance bond including a one-year warranty period. Bonds must meet the City's requirements and be submitted in accordance with the specified contract documents and provisions.
