Renovation of a municipal facility in Oxnard, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
**As of December 8, 2025, no bids were received. Project might be rebid but no definite date yet.** Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to repair, replace, test, and certify existing fire suppression systems at various City locations. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: repair and/or replacement of fire sprinkler heads, pipes, valves, fittings, tamper switches, waterflow switches, alarms, and other appurtenances as required for a fully operational and code compliant system; performance of wet and dry system repairs; hydrostatic and flow testing; certification of completed systems; submitting all testing and certification documents as required; and all other incidental work necessary to complete the project. Bidders must comply with all requirements specified in the bid documents and complete the bid proposal forms. All addenda issued by the City must be acknowledged. Bidders must carefully examine the specifications and all other documents, visit the site to gain an understanding of the work, and include all costs in their bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No bids received as of date 12/4/25
