Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Fenton, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a 192-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

Project has been Rebid Fenton Area Public Schools will receive firm prime contractor bids for the labor, materials, equipment, and all other services to complete the High School Athletics Campus Site Improvements - Phase 1 located at 3200 West Shiawassee Street, Fenton, MI 48430. Each proposal must be submitted on the forms furnished by the construction manager and must be completed in full; including the Familial Disclosure Statement and the Affidavit of Compliance to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act and notarized. A bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury listed surety company acceptable to the owner, or a cashier's check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal payable to Fenton Area Public Schools shall be submitted with each proposal in excess of $31,321.00. All proposals shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days. Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid. The cost of the Bond shall be included in each proposal. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities therein. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept that bid which in its opinion, is in the best interest of the Owner.
