Description

Demolition and renovation of a fire / police facility in Ocala, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.

The scopes of work include but are not limited to demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel renovation, general trades, doors/hardware, storefront glazing, ceilings, acoustical treatments, painting, specialties, millwork/casework, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical HVAC, electrical, and audio/visual components. Pre-qualification requirements: Bids are solicited from Pre-Qualified Bidders. CPPI is soliciting bids from Pre-Qualified Bidders for work associated with the Florida State Fire College Assembly Renovation. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held onsite at 11655 Northwest Gainesville Road Ocala, FL 34482 on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Sealed bids are due by 2:00 PM Thursday January 8, 2026 at CPPI’s office located at 8200 NW 15th Place Gainesville, FL 32606. The scopes of work include but are not limited to demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel renovation, general trades, doors/hardware, storefront glazing, ceilings, acoustical treatments, painting, specialties, millwork/casework, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical HVAC, electrical, and audio/visual components.
