Site work and paving for a road / highway in Oakvale, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Proposals will be received via electronically for ramp rehabilitation in Mercer County, West Virginia. Paper bid submissions are not accepted; all bids must be submitted electronically. All work under this contract must be completed by August 31st, 2026. Prospective bidders must be prequalified in accordance with SECTION 102.1 of the WVDOH Standard Specifications. Proposals must be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check or bid bond in favor of the West Virginia Parkways Authority for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal or $2,000, whichever is greater. Bid bonds may be submitted electronically. Any bid not accompanied by the required bid bond or check will be considered irregular. All bids from debarred or ineligible bidders will be rejected. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any or all formalities in bidding. Minority Owned and Women Owned businesses are strongly encouraged to submit proposals. All firms must certify that they practice Equal Employment Opportunities. Questions directed to the WVPA and/or HNTB through phone, email, or other mechanisms shall not be answered and will otherwise be considered void.
