This is a design only project for the Silver Lake Standby Generator Design at the Silver Lake IRA. The awarded contractor is required to provide and supply a 1-year warranty on material and labor. All quotes must be received in the Hudson Valley DDSO Business Office by the specified deadline. Email submission of quotes is preferred, and the provided quote proposal form must be used; other forms will not be accepted. Subcontracting is not allowed without written approval. Contractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor prior to submitting a bid and before commencing work, and must provide their NYSDOL registration number and Certificate of Registration with their bid. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit on one of the specified dates and confirm attendance in advance. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive vendor who provides the lowest cost and meets the requirements outlined in the scope of work. The awarded vendor must show at least two years of relevant experience on similar projects and be prepared to submit certificates of liability and worker’s compensation insurance, completed lobbying law forms, and a signed Appendix A. Quotes that do not reflect the correct prevailing wages may be rejected. All staff at the project site are required to sign an attendance sheet for record purposes.
