Site work and paving for a road / highway in Audubon, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.

West Norriton Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania is requesting Statements of Interest from PennDOT prequalified engineering firms for professional consulting engineering services for the Forrest Avenue and West Marshall Street Intersection Improvements Project, which is funded in part by the PennDOT Multimodal Transportation Fund. The scope of services may include, but is not limited to, preliminary engineering, final design, bidding assistance, and construction-related services, as authorized. The Project generally includes traffic signal improvements, ADA-compliant pedestrian facilities, pedestrian signal equipment, pavement marking updates, and related multimodal safety enhancements. Only PennDOT prequalified firms are eligible to submit, and cost proposals should not be submitted at this time. Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises is encouraged in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements. West Norriton Township reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Interest, to waive any informalities, and to modify or cancel the solicitation as permitted by law and PennDOT regulations.
