Remodeling and repairs at 1717 S Layton Blvd, Milwaukee, WI 53215-2215 for the property of Nurul Islam Nur Alam and Somirah Mohammad Rafique. Bids are solicited for the STRONG Homes Loan Program. Contractors must meet with the owner at the property to inspect and review conditions prior to bidding. Contractors must have experience with similar projects and hold a current City of Milwaukee Home Improvement contractor's license, or other required licensing. The contractor must certify eligibility to receive federally funded contracts and provide a Certification of Debarment. Contractors must not be debarred by NIDC and must not have outstanding property tax payments, code orders, fines, or felony convictions related to neighborhood safety or stability. Bidders must submit a list of principal owners, a list of all property in Milwaukee owned by the contractor and its principal owners, and birth date and other information as requested. NIDC reserves rights as lender, including development of the scope, bid process assistance, contract preparation, approval of change orders and payments, and other contract execution aspects.
