2026 West Milwaukee Tree Planting Project - Landscaping/Irrigation Bids are being accepted for the 2026 Tree Planting Program in the Village of West Milwaukee, which consists of the furnishing and installation of all labor, materials, permits, equipment, tools, supplies, and related appurtenant construction for the complete operating installation of the tree planting project. Expected quantities of work include planting various species such as Norwegian Sunset, Common Hackberry, Autumn Blaze Maple, Swamp White Oak, Silver Linden, American Elm, Allegany Serviceberry, Katsuratree, Eastern Redbud, Kentucky Coffeetree, and Japanese Tree Lilac. Bids must be submitted electronically via QuestCDN.com using the online bid form, and should include a certified check or bid bond not less than 5% of the bid amount as guarantee. A Bidders Proof of Responsibility Form must be filed with the Village Engineer by email prior to bidding. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any bids in the best interest of the Village, and successful bidders will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond for the full contract amount. All bids must be prepared as described in the Instructions to Bidders and submitted electronically.
