Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Missoula, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items: o Installation of new 12-inch water main on N. 2nd Street West between N. Orange Street and Worden Avenue; o Installation of new 8-inch water main on Grand Avenue from N. 1 st Street West to N. 3rd Street West; o Connection to existing 8-inch water mains; o Installation of new water service lines and appurtenances; o Installation of new valves, fittings, and fire hydrants; o Removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk and curbing; o Asphalt trench repair; o Utility crossings; o Restoration of public right-of-way and private landscaping to preconstruction condition or better. This work includes the furnishing and installation of equipment, materials and related appurtenances in the following trades: piping, concrete, landscaping, paving and other related trades.
