The work includes but is not limited to all materials, labor and equipment to furnish and install hot mix asphalt sidewalk, cement concrete curb ramps, granite curb, hot mix asphalt berm, signage and associated work along Buck Island Road from Town Brook Road to Higgins Crowell Road. The work also includes the installation of a rectangular rapid flashing beacon system. Bidders must provide sealed written bids. MassDOT Prequalification of contractors with class work as Highway-Sidewalk & Curbing for the project required. The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, and to make the award as may be determined in the best interest of the Town. Please mark the envelope clearly "Buck Island Road Sidewalk project." This project is being procured using M.G.L. c30B 39M and is subject to prevailing wage.
