**As of January 28th, this project has been awarded to W.S. Shultz for $359,000.** The work consists of the Great Harbor Ramp Reconstruction as shown on the plan prepared by Cape & Islands Engineering, Inc. The Bidder agrees to begin construction of this work by March 16th, 2026. Bidders must obtain contract documents at the Office of the Harbormaster Department/Waterways Committee. A deposit is required for the documents, with an additional fee for mailed copies. General Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit equal to 5% of the maximum total bid price. The successful Bidder must furnish a 100% Construction Performance Bond and a 100% Construction Payment Bond with a surety company licensed to do business in Massachusetts. Wage rates are subject to minimum wage rates under M.G.L. Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D inclusive. The bidding and award of the contract will be under M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M.
