Site work for a mixed-use development in Fairfield, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.

The scope of work is generally described as, but not limited to: demolition of existing fencing and footings; installation of new 8 feet tall, three-rail ornamental iron fencing and gates, including ADA pedestrian, service, and rolling vehicle gates. Also included is miscellaneous civil work such as saw cutting, site concrete placement, AC patch back, and re-striping. The site locations are: Vanden High School, 2951 Markeley Lane, Fairfield, CA 94533 Travis Education Center, 2775 DE Ronde Drive, Fairfield, CA 94533 Sealed bids are required to be submitted at the Business Services Office, 2751 De Ronde Drive, Fairfield, CA 94533, not later than the specified bid deadline. Bidders must ensure timely delivery; late bids will be returned unopened. All bids must remain valid for sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities. No oral, telegraphic, electronic, facsimile, or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered. Two mandatory job walks will be conducted. Attendance and sign-in at one of the two job walks are required for bid eligibility. Failure to attend or tardiness will render the bid ineligible. Instructions, bid forms, and addenda are available on the District's website. Each bid must be made on forms prepared by the District, available from the specified date. Prime contractors must be prequalified if the project involves an expenditure of $1,000,000 or more. Pre-qualification documents are available on the District website. All relevant documents, including a signed bid form, completed subcontractor list (if applicable), and performance and payment bond fees must be submitted by the bid due date and time. Questions must be submitted by the stated deadline; all responses and clarifications will be posted on the District's website. Appropriate license requirements (A, B, or C-13) are specified depending upon the bid proposal. Pre-qualification packages must be received by 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at the Business Services Department 2751 De Ronde Drive, Fairfield, CA 94533.
