Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

Remove three air handlers and two exhaust fans and replace with three new air handlers and two barometric reliefs, and integrate the energy management system. Prime Contractor must have a valid Class "B" or "C-20" Contractor's License. The time allowed for completion for the project shall be 160 Calendar days. The DVBE goal for the project is three percent (3%) of the dollar amount of the Contract. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids made payable to Fresno Unified. All bids must be submitted through the district's online bidding portal. Contractors bidding as Prime Contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and job-walk at the specified school location.
