The award by the City Council is expected to occur February 10th, 2026 at 9:00 AM (central time). Construction of 225 LF of 5’ wide composite and wood walkover and all necessary components per the Bid Documents. The City may request progress inspections at the City’s discretion as work progresses. Substantial completion for construction shall be after execution of Agreement and Notice to Proceed. Final completion for construction shall be no later than 120 days after execution of Agreement and Notice to Proceed.
