The County is seeking statements of qualifications from any qualified person, company, or corporation interested in providing Disaster Debris Monitoring Services. Bid specifications can be obtained via the County’s website or the Gulf County Clerk’s Office. To be considered, Firm/Team must submit an original and five copies of the Statement of Qualifications in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked with the Firm/Team’s or individual’s name and address, bid number, and the words “DISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICES.” All questions must be submitted in writing by the stated deadline. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that, in their judgment, will be in the best interest of Gulf County.
