Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Devault, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of January 28th, 2026 , this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The scope of work generally includes excavation, full depth pavement restoration, concrete curb, sidewalk and cheek walls with ADA ramps, pavement markings, signs, and signalization items. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond, certified check or cashier's check, in favor of Charlestown Township in the amount of not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder shall be bound to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and a Labor & Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, on bond forms provided by Charlestown Township. All bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified and must complete a non-collusion affidavit. Award of the Contract, if the contract is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, however Charlestown Township reserves the right to reject any and or all bids on any basis and to waive any informality in the bidding, as permitted by law. No bidder may withdraw a bid after the actual date of the opening thereof. EPS 378952
