Bids are being solicited from prospective general contractors for the provision of the Sylvan Park Improvements Project. Bids must be submitted to the Bend Park and Recreation District at 799 SW Columbia Street, Bend, OR 97702, by January 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time in accordance with the bid documents. Late bids will not be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM on December 23, 2025, at 2996 NW Three Sisters Dr., Bend, OR 97703. Bid documents will be posted at Premier Builders Exchange, under the category of Public Works. The District encourages prime bidders to register with Premier Builders Exchange as a plan holder for this project. Question Deadline 01/09/2026: Technical questions regarding the project, or requests for clarification or change, should be directed to Jason Powell, at 541-706-6158, jasonp@bendparksandrec.org, and must be received at least five (5) days prior to Bid Date and Time. Procurement Substitution requests must be received at least seven (7) day prior to the Bid Date and Time.
