Location - The project is located in Bend, Oregon on Azalia Ave. from Fargo Lane to just east of Pettigrew Rd., on Fargo Lane from Gardenia Ave. to Thomas Dr., on Windsor Dr. from Woodside Ct. to Brosterhous Rd., and on Brosterhous Rd. from Windsor Dr. to just south of the BNSF Railroad undercrossing. Contractor shall construct Azalia and Windsor Sewer Project - Project 1SN08. The Project is described in more detail in the attached Exhibit A - Scope of Work. Contractor is required to furnish all materials, labor, water, tools, power, equipment, transportation and other work needed to construct the Project, unless otherwise indicated in the Contract Documents. The project consists of construction of new gravity and pressure sewer mains and laterals through areas primarily served by private septic systems. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, trenching and installation of approximately 2,355 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer pipeline and 1,675 linear feet of 3-inch pressure sewer pipeline at depths of approximately 5 to 19 feet, sewer manholes, gravity and pressure sewer services, temporary traffic control, street reconstruction, and general right-of-way restoration. The Engineer's estimate is between $2,400,000 and $3,100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
