This work is required in order to meet the needs of redevelopment, renovation and maintenance of the Owner's assets and will be carried out in the various buildings on the School's campus located in Montreal, in the quadrangle formed by Ottawa, de la Montagne, Saint-Jacques and Montfort as well as at Pavilion F which do not appear on the Annex Site of the ETS Campus.
