Sealed proposals are invited for the new School District Field House at the Schuylkill Valley High School within the Schuylkill Valley School District, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Bids are to be submitted online via the PennBid Program. Bids are invited on a lump sum basis for General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Plumbing Construction, and Electrical Construction contracts. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Labor and Materialman's Bonds are required. Bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to environmental pollution and preservation of public natural resources.
