Site work for a water / sewer project in Leesport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work generally includes all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the full dig and replacement of 8" VCP gravity sewer main. The contractor will furnish the mainline 12" SDR35 PVC pipe, lateral pipe, and connection wyes. The extent of the work is described in the Contract Documents, Drawings, and Specifications. Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises of the Commonwealth's Department of General Services database are encouraged to participate. A mandatory pre-bid conference must be attended to submit a bid. Bidders must meet requirements for bid submittal, bid security, qualifications, procedures, and contract award as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. Prevailing minimum wage rates must be paid, and employees and applicants must not face discrimination. All steel products used must be made in the United States. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the Bid Due Date, unless delayed by specific approvals, in which case bids remain open for up to one hundred twenty (120) days. Question Deadline 04/09/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via online. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
