REGULATIONS ON PAYMENTS AND THE EXPEDITIOUS SETTLEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION DISPUTES The provisions of Division II of Chapter V.2 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, Chapter C-65.1) relating to the payment of the work and those of Section III of this chapter relating to the settlement of disputes are not applicable to the contract covered by this invitation to tender and the construction work subcontracts directly or indirectly related thereto, pursuant to section 94 of the Regulation respecting payments and the expeditious settlement of disputes in construction work. DURATION OF THE WORK The works required under this tender must be completely completed within 24 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave days (ex: construction vacations) and the deadlines required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date provided for in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The probable date for the start of work is between March 15 and April 15, 2026. The Company reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification that does not result in an amendment to the tender documents made by a bidder if this request is sent to it five business days or less before the deadline set for the reception of submissions.
