The awarded contractor is required to use truck-mounted equipment (not trailer-mounted) to perform property sweeping on all paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles, including parking lots, driveways, skills test areas, and gated vehicle enclosure areas during the contract term. Bidders must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services, Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services as a Certified Small Business. Bids must be submitted via email in non-fillable PDF format, including all required bid documents in one file. Bids containing information in the body of the email may be rejected, and emails must include the specified information in the subject line. Only the required bid documents should be submitted, not the entire bid package. All documents requiring a signature must bear an original signature from a person authorized to bind the bidding firm.
