Renovation of a municipal facility in Darwin, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, supplies, equipment, tools, licenses, permits, travel, disposal fees, and incidentals necessary to provide replacement roll-up door services to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, for a more complete description of services. an estimated value of greater than $5,000.00, but not more than $461,000.00 In submitting a quote, bidders must comply with the following: - Possess at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, either a Class A General Engineering license, Class B General Building license, or Class C-61/D-28 Doors, Gates, and Activating Devices license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board. - Be a certified Small Business (SB), including a micro business (MB) or a SB for the purpose of public works (SB-PW), at the time of bid submittal and continuously thereafter for the duration of the Agreement. - Possess, at the time of bid submittal and for the entire duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Caltrans will verify this registration. - Certify, under penalty of perjury, that its Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license is in a classification appropriate to the work to be undertaken as identified in the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A. Caltrans will verify the contractor's and any subcontractor's licenses. - Failure to meet any of the minimum qualifications will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. - Bids over $461,000.00 will be rejected as non-responsive. Prevailing wages are required if the total bid exceeds $15,000. The services shall be performed at Caltrans Maintenance Stations (MS) within Mono and Inyo Counties, as listed below: A. Shoshone MS: State Route 127 at Post Mile (PM) 14.7 in Shoshone, CA B. McGee Creek MS: US 395 at PM 19.4 near Mammoth Lakes, CA C. Minaret Satellite Station: State Route 203 at PM 2.2 in Mammoth Lakes, CA D. Crestview Satellite MS: US 395 at PM 34.1 near Mammoth Lakes, CA E. Lee Vining MS: US 395 at PM 51.6 in Lee Vining, CA F. Bridgeport MS: 415 Jack Sawyer Road, Bridgeport, CA G. Sonora Junction MS: US 395 at PM 93.8 near Bridgeport, CA Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement for additional requirement details. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
